This lecture was delivered for people new to the PAS at the 2006 annual conference of the Personality Assessment System annual conference. These are children, who have been sold by pedophile fathers, or pornographic parents. The programmers/masters program them with the expectation that they will be “thrown from the freedom train” when they get to age 30.
(Freedom Train is the code word for the Monarch trauma-based mind-control.
The Illuminati like to blackmail these ministers when they are finished with their Seminary schooling and committed to the ministry at about 33 years of age.
In return for the parent’s cooperation, they provide rich financial rewards to the parent(s).
It’s clearly a case of “if you don’t cooperate you lose in life big time, if you do cooperate you win big time.”
The type of father who is most preferred by the Programmers to offer up their children for programming is the pedophile. If a father will abuse his own little baby girl, then the Programmers know that the man has no conscience.
This father’s involvement in criminal activity (and thereby his vulnerability) can be continually increased. They want men who they believe will not develop any qualms later on in life about what they have done. A man, who waits until his daughter is a teenager to molest her, is usually esteemed to have too much conscience for the programmers. A big distinction must be made between hierarchy Monarch slaves, and non-hierarchy Monarch slaves. The reason there is such a big distinction is that they are not programmed the same way. Since this book is giving the recipe for how to create a Monarch slave, we will have to cover the distinction between slaves within the Illuminati and those slaves who function outside of the Illuminati hierarchy. It is important to stress that the label “Monarch” is used in this book in a generic sense for the modern trauma-based total mind-control that is taking place. Whether an Illuminati mind-controlled slave is technically in the Monarch records or out of the actual Monarch Program data files kept on computer is merely a technicality.

A stress-producing campaign is run against CIA targets, and by doing this they can neutralize a potential enemy. The information collected from children, who are potential victims for the Monarch programming, is essential for knowing how to structure that child’s programming. For instance, IFU children often areautistic; IRU are schizophrenic children; and IR or IF are fantasy prone. Later, tt will be further explained how this aids programming.

FACT: THE CONSEQUENCES OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE OFTEN FOLLOW VICTIMS INTO ADULTHOOD. MOST PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA THAT THE EFFECTS OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE ARE SO PERVASIVE IN ADULT LIFE. ALTHOUGH SURVIVORS OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE ARE NEGATIVELY IMPACTED AS A WHOLE, IT IS IMPORTANT TO REALIZE THAT MANY INDIVIDUAL SURVIVORS DO NOT SUFFER THESE CONSEQUENCES. I have been perfectly willing to comply with most DSHS in Kelso's request. They have had me withdrawl my comlaint ot fair rights twicee before by bribing me with the funds refunded to me sactioned, I have serious mental impairment, declared disabled Deec. 2012, and sanctrioned still aftet being deemed as needing NSA/Equal Acceess Rights, I was talked into agreeing for a protective payee, though I was never irresponcible with funds, so that I could be able to recieve the funds that they took from an unfair sanction, my functioning level of impairment went from 43 to 18 because of the continued ill behaviors and unjust treatment by dshs, Robyn Green, Sharon Framton and Roy Seber, Mathew Forman, A Mike and it started with Ruth Nelson, Ruth has now been accomadatable but the rest of the department find it ammusing to push me ovr th edge, force me to sign irp's i am not commfortable with, spoke to people ssuch as frinds and family about my medical conditions and files without permission and reported irrelevent information to SSI which in return made them denie me, once again, I am still appealing the judgees deescion from 5/25/13, due to retailatory communication from sharon framton who also spoke to my mother begfore forcing mee to sign and paper i was not comfortable with. I have witnesses of my medical confadentiality being broke, of the disciminative treatments I have rcieved because of my making a complaint and demanding my civil. patient, client and american disabled rights are given to my as promised, i was raped due to the negligence of my protective payee and her not manageing my account balances nor paying 2 months rent I wanty compasated for the suffering My children and I have endured and have legal rprsentation, I am not going ot stand heree and act like I have not been treatd in such ways that have worstend my functioning levels and also physically and emotionally tortured my life. I have court tomorrow 9/3/13 for appeals and will be asking for a continnueance due to the complicated amounts of RCW's and WAC's as well as rights & Protection Acts that have been broken, I want whats mine and fair treatment that accommadates my disabilitis, I am not metally challeged intellectually, I am suffering from PTSD from being Molested from agee 2 to 11 and then agoraphobia, psycho-eefectivee disorder, anxiety and more because of the severe neglect & trauma I hav under went. This is not a joke and I demand action againsst the mentioned individuals, as well as paid for the damages it has caused our lives. I know my rights, and have all documentation reeady for submittal for th courts to address these neeglagence behaviors and repeated violation I have inncured at 711 Vine Street In Kelso, WA 98626. They are not assissting us,they are pushing us to kill ourselves or be killed by society. I was a very accountable medical office administrastion assistant prior to this and am in no way going to sit back and take the abuse. I want addressed asap & will bee having my counsil converse with your attorney or offical deligator for this district and type of case. Civil Suit will Follow.
