Assessment and Evaluation Resources

Recently there has been a heavy focus on assessment and evaluation in grant requirements. Many federal programs require schools to do a needs assessment and process and outcome evaluation to show the need for the program and demonstrate results.
The Second Step and Steps to Respect programs both include needs assessment and evaluation tools to help you measure program success.

Poetry by Toni - What I have been Through!

Truth That Hurts......

Times are Tough
on me on you
there is only misery
after all we've been through
I cant forget
the pain nor do I know just what to do,
from every fucking time
I lived through your ABUSE!

Here you can further explore your personality type, in all its dimensions including ‘relationships,’ ‘conflict,’ ‘at work,’ compare your personality type with others, and explore in-depth the individual scales that make up personality types. This is where you can move from understanding type to drilling down into the detail. This is helpful as often we find that areas of conflict, (or harmony), or misunderstandings occur not between just personality types but between aspects of personality types. For example and ENTP and an INTP share their love of intellectual pursuits, incredible analytical ability and forward thinking. But the ‘I’ scale of the INTP will make them deep and private and difficult to know whilst the ‘E’ of the ENTP will make them want to display these attributes publically. Understanding the individual scales will therefore enhance our abilities to spot and diffuse issues and provide more insight and rigour to our understanding of the differences between individuals.

How Personality Works

Compare ‘scale by scale’ to understand the subtle differences between personality types at granular level.
