Truth That Hurts......
I have been perfectly willing to comply with most DSHS in Kelso's request. They have had me withdrawl my comlaint ot fair rights twicee before by bribing me with the funds refunded to me sactioned, I have serious mental impairment, declared disabled Deec. 2012, and sanctrioned still aftet being deemed as needing NSA/Equal Acceess Rights, I was talked into agreeing for a protective payee, though I was never irresponcible with funds, so that I could be able to recieve the funds that they took from an unfair sanction, my functioning level of impairment went from 43 to 18 because of the continued ill behaviors and unjust treatment by dshs, Robyn Green, Sharon Framton and Roy Seber, Mathew Forman, A Mike and it started with Ruth Nelson, Ruth has now been accomadatable but the rest of the department find it ammusing to push me ovr th edge, force me to sign irp's i am not commfortable with, spoke to people ssuch as frinds and family about my medical conditions and files without permission and reported irrelevent information to SSI which in return made them denie me, once again, I am still appealing the judgees deescion from 5/25/13, due to retailatory communication from sharon framton who also spoke to my mother begfore forcing mee to sign and paper i was not comfortable with. I have witnesses of my medical confadentiality being broke, of the disciminative treatments I have rcieved because of my making a complaint and demanding my civil. patient, client and american disabled rights are given to my as promised, i was raped due to the negligence of my protective payee and her not manageing my account balances nor paying 2 months rent I wanty compasated for the suffering My children and I have endured and have legal rprsentation, I am not going ot stand heree and act like I have not been treatd in such ways that have worstend my functioning levels and also physically and emotionally tortured my life. I have court tomorrow 9/3/13 for appeals and will be asking for a continnueance due to the complicated amounts of RCW's and WAC's as well as rights & Protection Acts that have been broken, I want whats mine and fair treatment that accommadates my disabilitis, I am not metally challeged intellectually, I am suffering from PTSD from being Molested from agee 2 to 11 and then agoraphobia, psycho-eefectivee disorder, anxiety and more because of the severe neglect & trauma I hav under went. This is not a joke and I demand action againsst the mentioned individuals, as well as paid for the damages it has caused our lives. I know my rights, and have all documentation reeady for submittal for th courts to address these neeglagence behaviors and repeated violation I have inncured at 711 Vine Street In Kelso, WA 98626. They are not assissting us,they are pushing us to kill ourselves or be killed by society. I was a very accountable medical office administrastion assistant prior to this and am in no way going to sit back and take the abuse. I want addressed asap & will bee having my counsil converse with your attorney or offical deligator for this district and type of case. Civil Suit will Follow.
